Remember everyone that Black dogs & cats make wonderful pets. Their color has noting do with their personality. Besides, they are beautiful when their coats shine. I have a black, large terrier, and she has a wonderful personality. She is a rescue. Been with me for 10+ years. She is one of the best dogs ever. (She was all black but getting gray now just like me.) Statistics show that black dogs & cats are over looked when it comes to adoption. I hope that taboo stops. Just remember to protect your black animals (All animals) around Halloween. Some nasty Satanists use them for sacrifice. Sounds like a conspiracy theory, but it is the truth, unfortunatley. Diesel looks pretty tough, but he is so sweet and gentle that he took GREAT care of his little running buddy, Roxy (Roxy has already been adopted!), who was still a young pup!
