Remember kids, your parents and the fancy dressed chaps on Fox News are lying to you. Muslims are some chill people. Muslim =/= Terrorist. Terrorist =/= Muslim. The kids who shot up Columbine, terrorists. The atheist dude over in Europe who killed all those religious folk, terrorist. Ted Kazynsky, terrorist. Dc Sniper, terrorist. Virginia Tech Shooter, terrorist. Muhammed that works the morning shift at Walmart, not a terrorist. Somehow, the religious right have convinced people that terrorism only means Muslims who do bad things, when its anyone who does a bad thing on a grand scale that hurts a lot of people. Terrorism means exactly that. Terrorizing people. The only way Muslims fit in that category, is in the way that republicans and the media are intentionally trying to mislead people into being afraid of something they know little to nothing about. Typical tactics from their side of the aisle. Fear leads to precautions. Precautions lead to trusting the old white men in power to protect us from the threat at all costs. The problem is, not enough people realize that they are inventing the threat.
