Remember last night we were discussing a second entrance to Sainsburys well I wrote to them and here is their reply:- Our Ref: 1-311737466 Dear Mrs Barbara Longstaff Thank you for your email regarding a second entrance being put in our March store to allow better access to and from the store. We want all our customers to enjoy shopping with us and we aim to exceed your expectations in all areas of our business, so I am disappointed to learn that is taking a long time for you to exit the store. I have spoken to Mark Green the Store Manager for our March store. Mark advised that this is something the store has wanted for a long time and that they are in the process of trying to get planning permission to do this in the future. I have now logged your feedback for the attention of the relevant departments, so they can take your feedback into consideration when they next review the store layout. We will continue to monitor all customer feedback we receive regarding our March store to ensure we are aware of any other customers experiencing similar issues.
