Remember that time I did pottery? ....me neither. 2014 was a pretty slow year for me. I let so many things (mental and external) get in the way of something I love doing. Pottery became a brutal slog, and I let my production grind to a halt; focusing more on my actual full time job, instead. Not a great decision on my part. Not that focusing on my job was a bad thing, but that I missed the balance between work and play by a long shot. Being away from pottery made me really sad, and has proved to me how much I love this art, how much relaxation it brings me, and how much I want to keep doing it. 2015 is bright, shiny and new, and Im looking forward to filling it with pottery. Im currently working on building myself a home studio so I can be more efficient and predictable with stock. Also so I can have a place at home, any time, to be creative and inspired with pottery. Its going to take me a bit to get there, but Ive had so much positive support from friends and family around me that I know its possible! Thank you all for your support! I hope youll be hearing/seeing a lot more from me this year. Cheers!
