Remember the last Seattle trip where I had a 9/10 experience and breezed through TSA pre-clearance? Paid for it this morning. No baggage check at curb. 30 in line at the Alaska desk. 200 in line at security. I triggered an alarm and had to have my palms scanned. Get to gate and loooonnng line to board. Get to the front; guy in front of me goes through door snd triggers alarm. A very, very, VERY loud alarm. 5 minutes until they get that straightened out. My turn to board BUT WAIT!! Six 1-percenters in first class approach and she slaps up the peon gate right in front of me. Finally get to my aisle seat -good news; middle seat is empty. Theyre closing the door and then out ofnowhere an offensive lineman type of guy (with a zip code instead of a confirmation number) huffs and puffs his way on board. Guess where hes sitting? #NextTimeDrive.
