Remember the little guy tied to the fence while shelter was closed Friday morning. Well I found out that he did have an owner that no longer wanted him because he is sick. I am taking him to the vet today. His name is Oscar and I am hoping to get him into Dog and Cat Hospital when they open at 1. He ate a small bite of food yesterday and we thought he was just nervous. Now since we know he was sick when tied to fence I think its really urgent he sees a vet. He is a really sweet dog. If you would like to help towards his vet bill please let me know.
