Remember the woman accused of a bloody, drunken window smashing spree on New Years day? Shes finally out of the hospital and appeared in court. Robin Lee, 44, pleaded not guilty to charges of malicious mischief on Thursday. Lee rambled while in court saying she broke the windows to stop someone from murdering her and breaking her bones. Heres my story from January 1st A woman on a drunken New Years morning rampage left a trail of blood and broken windows in a south Tacoma neighborhood. Eyewitness Jason Christensen said he woke up around 4:00 AM to the sound of breaking glass and saw the woman crawling through a large picture window across the street that had been smashed with a rock. Several minutes later he saw the woman crawling back out of the window. The woman, clad only in pants and a white t-shirt on a frigid night, made her way down the 5000 block of south M street throwing rocks through windows in about a half dozen houses. She also broke at least two car windshields. She left a pool of blood on the hood of one vehicle as well as a bloody hand print on the wall of Bobs convenience store where she broke out the glass front door. Police arrested the woman a short distance from the store.
