Remember to Vote! Tuesday, November 5, 2013 Kootenai County Election Department Website On Election Day polls will be open from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Voters must go to their designated polling place. To find your polling place location, use the Polling place lookup feature here. Election Day registration is permitted at your polling place with proper photo identification and dated proof of residence (a piece of mail). You can also complete the Election Day registration process if you vote early absentee at the Elections office. Photo ID is now required to vote in Idaho. If you are already on the voter rolls, but are not able to show a required photo ID, you will be given the option to sign the Personal Identity Affidavit.
