Remembering my father and his 5 brothers today all who served in - TopicsExpress

Remembering my father and his 5 brothers today all who served in WWII. Amazingly they all returned, just not the same people they were when they left. I also honor my first husband who served as a very young man at the age of 17 and carried some of his experiences home. I honor my youngest son who has seen more war than any other man I know during his deployments since 2001. I recognize and honor all of our service men and women who have signed their life over to our country during their time of service. My heart is sad for all those who did not come home or came home injured physically, emotionally and spiritually. I extend my compassion and sadness to those service members and their families who have experienced the emotions and challenges that have resulted in 22 service members committing suicide each day. May we never forget and always give our support to our service members. Blessings to all our veterans who continue to volunteer and help our hurting service members return home.
