Remind me never to book Thur hotels any more. We were suppose to have ocean front room, kitchen, sleeper sofa, 2 queen beds with one at front door and one at back, non smoking. Like a 2 room suite it what they said. But guess what we got a room with kitchenette, 2 small beds, no ocean front, no sleeper sofa and a smoking room. They wouldnt switch with out Me paying the extra. so I will be make a complaint with them as soon as morning comes.
