Reminder All Welcome Tomorrow Nights Event! Col. (Ret) Gary Cooke, Chairman of National Business Aviation Associations Bird strike working group and FAASTeam member will present on how wildlife hazards are increasing the risk to all of aviation, but more so to General Aviation. This presentation will cover the threat existing today and how it is increasing year after year. The lecture will also provide risk mitigation strategies and techniques for all aviation professionals in dealing with the bird strike risks. Gary Cooke has over 20 years’ experience in aviation safety and has written and presented numerous papers on bird/wildlife strike hazards. He is a member of the US Bird Strike Committee and a founding member of the World Bird strike Association.
