Reminder CIYS event THIS SATURDAY. WOL boosters will be available in limited fasion for the sealed event. Saturday at 9:30am - 8:30pm The Gameroom 1926 SE Scott St, Milwaukie, Oregon 97222 Details CIYS hosted Chad Mills and Myself will be held Saturday OCT 18th. There will be 2 main events. First is the standard 300 point sealed. TDB Second will be a 2v2 tourney constructed. Bring a friend and see who is the better pair. We will also have silent auctions, and a raffle. More details to come. The all important formats First event Classic 300 points sealed. 10 AM to 3 PM, 5 rounds to see who the winner is. You will buy either 2 booster packs, 10 single packs or 1 booster pack and 5 single packs. Multiple different sets will be available for sale. First and Second place will receive their choose of 1 CIYS exclusive color construct set. Second event 3:30 AM to 8:30 PM, 5 rounds to see who the winning team is. 2v2 300 point constructed silver age (DC and Marvel only) You and a friend will each bring a 300 point constructed team made of only DC or Marvel characters. Acting as 1 team for initiative, each player will roll off. The actions will be in an N formation. Meaning Player 1 side A goes, then Player 1 side B goes, then Player 2 side A, and so on. Your teammate is friendly as if you were playing the characters yourself. You can TK, heal, perplex your teammate as if they were on your force. Resources & entities are allowed. Both players are allowed to have a resource each and prime each if they choose. Each player can have the same unique character as their teammate. Two absorbing man LEs. Start practicing First and Second place will receive their choose of 1 CIYS exclusive color construct set for each player. Silver age rules for this event is all Marvel and DC characaters, no battlefield conditions for this event. There will be a raffle for these Holiday figures: Vampire Wolverine Red Rain Batman The raffle will be 5 dollars per piece. You dont have to be present to win the figure. Your name and number will be written on the raffle and at the end of the day we will draw. The main judge will be Todd Huep and his assistant judge will be Ken Bonniger.
