Reminder… Tuesday, July 16 @ 7:30 will be recreation and meeting @ 8:00. OFFICER’S: Have your reports ready. This includes the recreation officers- have an activity planned. We will be expecting the Fair Entry forms to be turned in at this meeting. All advisors will be instructed to be at their tables for everyone to have their forms checked for accuracy. Please see your advisors for each project your are taking. Remember to be getting sponsors for the Bike-A-Thon for on the 20th. If not riding remember we still want you to get 5 sponsors just to support the cause…please! If anyone has time to come early to the church we could use some help pulling weeds again along the east side of the church. Please bring weeding tools…it shouldn’t take to long! These members have not picked up their fair entry forms yet.
