Reminiscing with a good friend tonight about when I lived in bg and went to the bar 1 night a and a group of Baptists were outside screaming at all the "sinners" to "repent or face eternity in hell." Well being the peacemaker I am I went outside to explain to these people no matter how well intentioned their message was it was most certainly being received in a hostile manner. As they refused to leave (clinging to the unending righteousness they had) the bar crowd became increasingly angry. So this sinner stood between dimwitted selfrighteous baptists and dumbass drunk bar people. The night ended with multiple arrests. No lives were changed. For me it was a success. Next time you want to change a sinner get on your knees. God has a great sinner he wants to change and you are that sinner. Me too.
