Renee ? Anyone with star / astrology practices....... A couple of mornings ago I woke up. But it was different than most wake-ups. It felt like I was really waking up for the first time in many months. Its not a new feeling. Ive had this powerful sensation msny times, but almost always its been connected to participation in Lakota ceremonies. This one was just like those, but no ceremony. However, a couple weeks ago I cut my pony tail off out of a compelling sense in my spirit to acknowledge the death of my hunka (adopted mom) Patty passing in August 2008 and the passing of my bio dad in October 2009. And thoughts? BTW, I only cut my ponytail off so as to be able start pulling it back again soon as it begins growing back out. It was spiritual gesture done in accordance with my beliefs.
