Reno folks beware of Aviana @Tuscany---Mia rented two different apartments there..and in fact lived there for almost two years....they raised the rent so high she was forced to move...tried to give her 30 day notice and was told she had to wait until the first of the month to do so...really??? We attempted to contact management to see if they could soften the blow and work with us on the rent (as Mia was a perfect tenant)..never heard back...now they are attempting to bill an additional $219 above and beyond the security deposit! When I attempted to discuss the charges with the manager, she was unable to clarify....I asked for her supervisors contact information, and she told me she has no supervisor! By the way, Mia Mezzetti found out about her rent increase when they taped a note to her door...
