You can:- Order over the internet, via your computer using our on-line ordering system – You need to register to use this service, see our receptionists for further information Order via e-mail to [email protected] Hand in a written request (via post or drop in at the surgery). Order through your regular pharmacist (ask them if you can register with them). Fax a request to 01902 882101.
