Replaced my slave and clutch line, the aftermarket clutch line - TopicsExpress

Replaced my slave and clutch line, the aftermarket clutch line seems longer so I connected it directly from master clutch cylinder to slave cylinder. Because the line is longer, it should takes like a zillion pump for it to build up pressure to bleed right? Cuz Ive been trying to bleed the clutch and nothings happening. Ive pumped the clutch probably like a hundred time. Just want to make sure Im heading the right direction and not wasting my time pumping this thing more if Im doing it wrong.
