Reportedly crores of rupees are being paid to the newly recruited old faces by BOL TV management , even before its commencement . But an employee technician Imran Ahmad was forced to commit suicide by the Royal TV management while refusing to pay him his outstanding salary of four months . I think the investors of BOL TV must hire the lower staff and young journalists who are not regularly paid by their respective Media Houses . If Kamran Khan is supposed to be hired with a salary ( 1 crore 20 lac rupees per month) then this amount is enough for young 240 working journalists (Rs 50000 per month) . The investors can develop a foundation of journalists . Unfortunately, such investment apparently does not seem to promote a quality journalism profession and output .
