Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Assistant coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, advertising, customer satisfaction analysis, and creating brand awareness. This position requires tight interaction with sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure that our website, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Responsibilities " Compose, deliver, and track press releases " Manages inventory of marketing materials and ensures all are up to date to include brochures, video handouts, promotional materials, photographs, etc. " Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, and photographs. " Write & maintain content and provide monthly updates to corporate website " Prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives " Coordinate advertisement placements ensuring approved artwork are properly placed. " Produce quarterly newsletter and distribute to our email marketing list " Analyze ROI by capturing marketing campaign performance metrics " Coordinate and/or attend tradeshows, company-sponsored events & promotions " Develop lead generation strategies with objectives, targets, and measures " Build a lead scoring system to evaluate lead quality and qualify opportunities " Work with customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and references " Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising " Execute & analyze results of marketing campaigns and advertisements Job Requirements " Associates Degree in business, marketing, or related field OR " Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional marketing department " Knowledge of marketing, sales, and business processes " Strong project management, leadership, training & sales support skills " Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives " Exceptional written and verbal communication skills " Solid business proficiency, management, and problem-solving skills " Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) " Graphic Design skills a plus " Effective time management, organizational, and leadership skills " Ability to travel at least 10% or as required If you meet all these requirements, are able to pass a drug screen, have a clean criminal background, please call Angie 208-378-8700 for more details.
