Repost.. Secretarys Report: Glenda S. Santos Lourdes Donato Corpuz Minutes of the Meeting: Meeting was started at 7:30pm and conduct a prayer made by Vice Chairman Arnold Dacasin. AGENDA: 1.) Status of Current Leadership: Mr. Ronaldo Dilag resigned as Chairman of Batch 86 dated October 30, 2014 and accepted by the majority presents in the meeting. Vice Chairman Dacasin Arnold will act as OIC until Presidential Election be made on November 29 Saturday. 2.) Electoral Committe headed Carol Calderon & Menchu Sadaya will do the REGISTRATION & THE COMING ELECTION. 3.) Votation for those infavor of ONLINE VOTE: Favor in Online vote : 14 Not in favor : 9 a.) Covered for ONLINE VOTE are those who are residing outside Philippines and provinces such as Batangas, Laguna, etc.. b.) Batchies residing in GMA areas will have to vote personally. So, please feel free this election day so youll exercise your right to choose/vote. 4.) Ms. Menchu Sadaya will make an ONLINE REGISTRATION on our batch site ( will post later which batch site) on November 3 Monday and will run until November 8 Saturday. So again batchmates please register. 5.) PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION: Election will be on November 29 Saturday. Voting place will be in Chief Lorrie Lumabas office 3rd floor Mandaluyong City. Time from 9:00 am - 4:00pm. 6.) FILING OF CANDIDACY: Melissa Olaes aka Diana Prince Joel Alcantara Kelu Pintac These people volunteer to run for the position. 7.) On Monday November 3, Ms. Menchu Sadaya will post again in our batch site for those who like to run for the position. So, please feel free to register for those who would like to run for the vacated position. The registration will run only for one week Nov. 3-9, 2014. The meeting adjourned at 10:40pm There being no further brough up for discussion, a motion was made by Ronaldo Dilag & seconded by Glenda S. Santos that the meeting be adjourned.
