Repost of video of Rhona up the Ochills today using her new Canicross harness. I tried it over a variety of terrain. Walking & jogging. Great pull going uphill but a bit scary downhill especially if its a bit technical as you get dragged along. Need to train her with a slow command. Not got the adjustment right on my belt yet as it tends to slip down. But really comfy to use. Walking means you can use 2 poles and not worry about her. Totally off road ie no path to follow, she is getting better at right/ left commands if I use my arms as well. The lead part has a bungy cord so it doesnt jerk too bad. Only thing Ive found is the clip link can accidentally release if it catches on a wire fence as it did today - she disappeared off up the hill miles away, before she eventually returned,,,oops
