Reposting: Hi just want to tell you guys, Ive been in this spot, and its dam hard , but now Im in a no win situation too, my partner , in a fairly new relationship had no choice but to support me, he is working, earns too much, so I qualify for zilch, then i got sick, he had to take paid leave, lucky again, but no money to pay for meds as we have a total of $50 pf left after bills, for anything, now leaves finished he will need to go back to work, and still I can get nothing, we pay $800 nearly fnight rent, no rent assist, pay $40 for scripts no hcc, we dont drive , and fares are full price so $10 if we need to go on bus/train for 2 hr ticket, so yep my partner has a job but we arent well of at all, we go without, we dont go out, and we have no luxuries , and its not fair, so we are in that group of working poor, but the funny thing is my guy works for Centrelink , so do know this , a lot of those poor guys do understand and do know how you feel, cause they are doing it just as tough as you all are , we all are, so unless your a politician life sucks financially !!!
