Reposting from a Division 2 resident who attended the most recent consultation:- There are 267 blocks representing MFS Mass Floor Space. 20% has been allocated to open space which is evidenced by the green around some of the perimeter. An undisclosed % is Private open Space. The open space on the north and west will have a revetment wall, making it impossible to access from the water. And very difficult to get to on foot. The southern end of the island is taken up with marina and walkways, and most will be private access. 2/3 of the island is allocated for private residential use. The sandbar to the north next to the Dugong feeding grasses are going to be sand pumped up and turned into a Commercial Eco Village. The beach to the east side of the island will be reduced down to approximately 200 meters right outside the IRD area, which is marked in blue. The next photo show the legend for the blocks of wood we played with today. We were not told the total area of building, more details would be available in a news release after the project was passed onto Mr Seeny. Estimated possible residential population, parking, and many other questions were asked, answered with a silent smile. The cutout of beach on the east side is for the terminal. I was told that the turning circle was larger than that of Circular Key in Sydney, and that powerful bow thrusters would do the job. If given the go ahead, temp accommodation at the casino end would start after the 4 lane bridge was complete for workers would be erected, pumping ships would use the terminal and the area around the island would be a Construction Zone. They estimate this to be a ten year project. NO MORE A PUBLIC OPEN SPACE TO ENJOY & WATCH THE SUN COME UP. Instead at least 30 25 to 40 storey buildings, just like Main Beach density x 6
