Reposting : hi folks. could you post this please. I get good CS each month but this week three sums totaling over 7 grand were put into my account by the CSA. Ex has had his tax done for the past three years al at once and it turns out he earnt more than he thought he would so hasnt paid enough CS. This also means I have been overpaid FTP. So now I will have a 7 grand bill and/or looks like I wont be entitled to any FTP for the next few years. What a cock up. I think the CSA should be disbanded and centrelink put in charge of collecting CS from the other parent. whats the point of giving us money that we then have to payback to centrelink. Has anyone else had this happen to them
