Request for Advice. I would like to develop a routine that allows me to exercise without over doing it. I try to be active early morning (before the kids get up) and on the weekends. I have struggled with moderation and would like to develop a healthy routine. Goals. Build strength. I dont care about speed, PRs or placing. Just want to run a long way without getting injured. Wont work for me. No upper body weights or push ups due to a wrist injury. I wont follow a plan. Initially I considered a different leg exercise each day, but I think that might be my brain returning to what it understands, the extreme. Thoughts? Not about me being crazy or overdoing it. Rather, how to exercise legs and core efficiently without overdoing it.
