Request for Expressions of Interest/Project Manger Data e fillimit: 28/01/2014 Afati i aplikimit: 06/02/2014 Njoftuesi: SHUKALB Location: Tirana, Albania Project: Danube Water Program/ Competitive Grants TF No.: 012722 Project ID No.: 45&46 Consulting Services: Project Manger The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania (SHUKALB) has received financing from the Danube Water Program (DWP) toward the cost of implementing the following two projects: 1. Developing a Training Course for the Preparation of a Strategic Business Plan for Water Associations 2. Developing a Framework and Business Model for a Regional Water Supply and Wastewater Training Center in the Western Balkans, SHUKALB intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services for the position of a Project Manager to oversee and manage both projects simultaneously. This is a full time position with a duration of approximately ten months. The general tasks to be covered by the Project Manager are: . Implementation of the Projects according to the project schedules and budgets ensuring that project deliverables fulfill quality, deadline, and are within the foreseen budget, . Facilitation and development of relationships with representatives of Water Associations in the Western Balkans, and further in the Danube Region, to engage their participation relative to the scope of each project. . Direct the activities of local and foreign experts in the development of the deliverables under each of the projects. The interested consultant should demonstrate: . Experience in liaising with professional associations, particularly in the water sector, in the Balkans Region. . Direct working experience in program and project management in the water sector, and in working with water utilities and organizations.
