Required Company Doctor for Automotive Industry - Karachi Role Description: Provide immediate treatment (First Aid) and consultations to accident cases, injured and sick employees in the factory Diagnose patient conditions using examinations, based on their findings, prescribing treatment and medications to attempt to heal any illnesses or injuries Provide full time medical care services to employees Setup clinic and manage as per standard medical practices Control, monitor and record the accurate and detailed of routine medical care and service activities. Control the record of medical supply usage with paramedic for ordering of appropriate medicines and supplies. Establish and maintain of medical equipment to ensure safe, clean and continuous operable condition. Guide Management on preventive action on occupational health hazards, Health Education, Medical Fitness and Training Programs required for the employees from time to time. Refer patients to hospitals / clinics for further assessment and/or treatment. Establish and maintain high standards of plant housekeeping and continuing education/training activities on safety, environmental and health. Establish and implement continuing education/training on safety, health & environment for all employees. Level: Deputy Manager Qualification: MBBS qualified. Experience as Doctor / Factory Medical Officer. 4 to 6 years relevant experience – Factory specific preferable directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
