Required Marketing Manager Job Location:Europe Industry:Insurance Salary: 130000 - 225000 Currency: USD Responsibilities: As the Marketing Manager for Thought Leadership Activation you will plan, manage and coordinate a 360 degrees activation, globally and transversally, of three topics including Global Risks Interconnectivity, Cyber Risks and the Future of Pensions. For topics which can be immediately activated you will proceed with the execution of the agreed plans and for topics which are not ready yet you will coordinate with the Thought Leadership Initiative team to provide that content and assets are built to fully develop the appropriate architecture. For each of these topics you will create a community of relevant stakeholders instrumental to the success of the activation strategy. We will count on you to identify areas of business where a partial activation could bring value from a brand, business and reputation perspective. You will ensure that the Corporations point of view is developed and provide a regular flow of information on the development of these topics. Further you will ensure the communication to all markets worldwide including the global assets available to countries and also coordinate all communication channels such as PR/Media, IR and GAIA platforms as well as intranet or town hall meetings. In order to allow an effective one voice global approach you will ensure a clear coordination and governance responsibility for regional and local activities. As an expert you will consult and support marketing and other teams in all thought leadership activation activities and ensure synergies and best practices are leveraged across programs in different countries and areas of the business. Furthermore you will establish a reporting dashboard and analysis on the ROI&ROO delivered by thought leadership activities from a brand, internal, business, and audience engagement perspective and overall champion the collaboration of all stakeholders involved in thought leadership activation. We will rely on you to ensure full use of the corporations current governance, set-ups and guidelines, to regularly inform the CEO Head on developments and overall to be an ambassador of the corporate brand at all times. Requirements: · Master degree in Business Administration with at least 5 years working experience in Marketing, Marketing Activation would be a plus · Proven experience on international and transversal implementation of programs · Qualifications and/or work experience in non-marketing functions such as PR, Media preferred · In-depth understanding of corporate customers environment and stakeholders dynamics, C-Suite environment as well as RM environments · Good knowledge of insurance industry and the corporation business priorities and deep knowledge of corporate organization · Strong knowledge of thought leadership on risk management and other Corporate Group strategic issues · Profound understanding of global and local environments, culture and practices and robust experience working with a multi-skilled and multi-geographical network · Sound management of communities of interest · Excellent planning, cost and project management skills on external and internal environments · Fact-based decision making capabilities and strong conceptual and strategic thinking · Highly creative, resilient and credible expert with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach and team spirit · Excellent interpersonal, communication, relationship management and presentation skills · Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English, any other language a plus · Strong IT skills in MS Office, Adobe Reader, Lotus Notes, Database Management, CRM systems, Internet Job Description: Marketing Manager for Thought Leadership Activation Our client a large international insurance corporation involved us to search for a Marketing Manger for their offices in Switzerland Marketing Manager for Thought Leadership Activation within Group Marketing - in this challenging role you will contribute to build the corporate brand and to enhance the corporations image as well as provide overall support to the CEO Head in ensuring global execution of the thought leadership activation, brand and sponsorship strategy. status: worldwide
