Rush Enterprises is always looking for good people to join our team. Responsibilities 1.Review repair orders and records type and scope of service to be performed. Maintain customer files. 2.Update maintenance manuals, bulletins, and other technical data from manufacturers and distributors. 3.Prepare estimates, memos and letters as directed. 4.Answer phones promptly and courteously. Greet customers quickly and foster positive customer relations. 5.Secure credit authorization when necessary. 6.Assist with warranty duties; explain process to mechanics and helps warranty clerk as needed. 7.Keep records of repairs and installations, and hours required on each job. 8.File all technician time on all non-warranty repair orders. 9.Open and close out all non-warranty repair orders. Requirements Qualifications •High school diploma or general education degree (GED). •Three months’ experience. •Ability to operate and understand various computer based programs and invoicing systems.
