Research and finding a buyer... thats the next few weeks... For instance, I found a 1962 Websters Home University Dictionary in perfect condition. One similar goes for about $60 on ebay. Found a Emily Posts 1946 Ettiquette- Blue Book of Social Rules book- goes for about $50 on ebay... My favorite book so far- Holy Bible- Our Family Bible 1971 in perfect condition- $98 on Amazon... Beautiful... Deciding what to sell... how to sell... getting pretty little antiques appraised... fun and mysterious... found some pre-WWII Japanese Salt Shakers... still have the corks in them in perfect condition... dishes, vinyl records, vintage toys, etc... Superman vintage comic books, autographed hats and pictures and magazines... so many treasures... Didnt make as much as I had thought off the good junk but made my money back plus a little... this stuff, though, is all profit. And, I found lots of good junk for us. The kids got an almost brand new Little Tikes picnic table and easel for ouside! I got some new (old) dishes that I love! Jason got a new Karoke TV and CD/ Disc player, an old 8 track tape player (to play his Elvis 8 track that I found), and Taylin got a mess of therapy equipment and tools to help him that we could never have afforded... Plus, you cant imagine how much I was able to give away last week to people who really needed it... boxes and boxes of clothing and tools and books and, and, and... Im still processing it all... what a blessing. I am out of the dog house (I think) and yet I still can see Jasons face when he said, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE??? :0) Love that man...!! What an adventure...! Well be laughing about this some day in our rocking chairs!
