Respected Sir, It is to wreak to your kind notice that our Banjara caste members are deprived in connection to the caste implemented in various provinces which is irrational and injustice to our innocent citizen of our India. As per constitution every citizen of India should have the right of the equality. But we have identified that the regime has not borne out the proper census in our land, thus we have been not enjoyed the proper benefits of percentage wise linked between exact population and increased in reservation. Thus, the tribes are stagnant in rural area as there is no opportunity to go into urban regions. As such you are comfortably aware that our Banjara present population are yet in rural area having 85% those who are adhering for cultivation of crops and the repose of the people are migrating to urban area having the population meagre 2.5% which is altogether unbelievable. But our government is surveying the existing list of transitional stages in the social structure and stated their opinions that it is not possible for them to make out the uniform pattern for the list of assorted state and union territory in the same class. They have asked that each caste and tribe have to be probed in detail on its own merits and in relation to social, local and historical factors prevalent in different region of the state. The government has suggested that where the caste or a kinship group is mentioned in the list by its generic name, it should be held to include all its synonyms, phonetic variation, sub caste or sub tribes as related to different case rely upon the demand of caste. They have doubts about the sub castes and sub tribes, which is recited in some case and is not exhaustive for the want of completed data and likewise in the opinion of imperfect data. As they advocate that state government should compile the necessary information and attempt to present the comprehensive list of sub caste and sub tribe and make such list wide publicity. Such lists are necessary for the guidance of local officials and non officials authorize to issue caste and tribe certificates and they will as well prove very useful for the proper enumeration of sub groups. Then to preserve the appropriate records you are suggested to call the local Mandal office and demand to the authority about our tradition and culture through RTI information. The central government and supreme court are playing vital role in delay dallying practice to deceive the downtrodden people and demanding the quantified data about our religion and cultivation. And then I earnestly request you to find special information about our caste specifying that what is Banjara caste and culture how they have arrived in different provinces for what objective and mission. The Banjara, also called Lamani are a class of usually the scribed as nomadic people under the notified tribe in some country.Their habits of existing in isolated groups away from the other, which was a characteristic of their nomadic days, still persist in villages and tanda. The Banjaras are located in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya pradesh and Rajasthan. The Banjara are primarily Hindu- Animists with their own gods and goddesses, festivals, and animistic worship practices. In order to weed away the advanced castes of tribes from the lists in times to come, it is necessary that an intensive survey should be taken on to ensure the social, educational and economic progress made by Scheduled Tribes in your section where our brother are residing in that portion of the area. As such, we do not have central office to present out the representation, therefore my humble request you to look after the above publication and take initiative in society to shape our own group and universities in different states. I once again implore you on behalf of our Gor Banjara Samaj for the upliftment of the samaj purpose and remove the drastic root of evil and discrimination from the guild in order to give a befitting response to the government. Who has adopted the same policy in this 21st century and also executing the social biased and injustice to the Gor Banjara Samaj.
