Respected Sir, Since the last many months I have felt , a certain interest in my property business, by certain high profile people. Although you can put a gun on my head and take the business but you will never be able to achieve success and Pan India property business without myself. The best way is to collaborate and have success. Below are my terms and conditions if you wish to collaborate with me: 1. I have political ambitions and wish to form Gadar Movement which will ultimately form as Gadar Party, basically anti congress, pan india party and , it will work in full mutual consultation with your support of youth akali dal and akali dal and operate in only those areas in which there is mutual agreement and in only those areas in which akali dal has no interest , in punjab it will not have any operational base , and will have minimal presence and work under akali dal and its guidance and in pan india ( rest of india) , you will support in the formation of such a gadar party,. Your people will be in the governing council, Full help and support of Akali Dal and youth akali dal in areas outside punjab where it has no political interest in the formation of Gadar Party and its propagation . Atleast 2 retired army officers which are still to be finalized will be in such a governing council and their consultation and guidance will be given full importance . A 12 member governing council should be formed, rest of the members of such an organization should be taken in with mutual consultations. After gaining initial success, if at a later stage we are considerable force, Swami Ram dev ji will be invited to come and give spiritual guidance to our Gadar party. 2. I should be given a Member of Parliament ticket from Akali Dal from Amritsar. And You will not interfere, but help in the formation and working of Gadar Movement outside punjab and area in which you have no political interest ie in the rest of India. I will be head of gadar movement , and your people will be in the governing council. It will be a Pan India anti congress political party , it will work in collaboration with akali dal , with goal to capture power at delhi. I will be head of this political movement and I should be given full operational freedom to take decisions in consultation with the governing council. 3. Rs 1.4 crore in white to be transferred in my bank account, in case you wish to collaborate on the property business as your sign to collaborate. 4. One Cabinet Rank Minister and one IG rank police officer should personally guarantee my life and liberty. And even if this business fails no harm will be done to my life and liberty. 5. You will be providing As an initial investment of Rs 99-250 crore in the form of Adverstisements slots in TV, print, radio, banners, hoardings etc. to be made by yourself. This can be done over a period of say one year. And physical presence and tieups in every city , in which you wish to have real estate operations. 6. Not to interfere further in my personal life, not to interfere in the life of my friends and relatives. 7. Not to interfere in my matrimony. If any alliance is initiated, say it truthfully, dont start a relationship on a lie. I will get to know it one day. 8. I should be allowed to do any business of my choice and I should be given full freedom to do what ever I like in my life apart from my property business. 9. Property business will require tie ups in every city with property dealers ,initially in punjab and north india and then in rest of india. You will be responsible for such tie ups. And full support will be provided. 10. When we do property business in organized way , we have to think about the scale and legality , so all the transactions will be approved by our company lawyer. I should be given freedom from any legal troubles, I should not be party to any legal dispute and no criminal charges should ever be brought against me. We will only do legal business in an organized way. I should be guaranteed freedom from legal prosecution, trial etc 11. I should be given armed protection by the punjab police. And a gun licence should be issued to me. 12 I should be allowed to finish my MA course in panjab university. 13. When we deal with property dealers , your people will give support , absolutely free of cost in case any conflict arises. 14. Your people will be held responsible for collection of brokerage and it will have my people also. 15. Once we finalize our business terms , we will remain truthful with each other and not try to kill or harm each other. 16. Distribution of brokerage: As a principle for every Rs 100 buyer + Rs 100 seller = total commision of Rs 200 . I will take Rs 30 commission [ IT IS NOT NEGOTIABLE] , Rs 10 will be put in the company fund and will not be taken out , neither by you nor by me. this is for day to day running of the company , and its expenses. {{{{ After one year if we make some profit out of this Rs 10 commission after taking care of our expenses , and suppose we make Rs 100 profit and my share will be Rs 20 [Not Negotiable] and rest of Rs 80 is yours. This will be done with mutual consultation, because advertising money is required continuously, year after year. }}}} I will not have any share of rest of Rs 160 commission, you decide how best to share it with various property dealers and yourself. 17. Kindly send a high rank police official in plain clothes to my house to agree in principle And a meeting should be organized with and IG Rank Officer and a Cabinet Rank Minister and my life and liberty should be guaranteed, during the course of this agreement, and like any business there is a risk, if this business fails ,no harm to be done to my life and liberty. THIS IS THE LAST CORRESPONDENCE I WILL BE DOING ONLINE , REST OF THE TALK ONLY IN PERSON WITH YOURSELF. This agreement will automatically collapse , if there is any attempt to black mail by any party on each other. We will work as business friends with mutual benefit.
