Rest In Peace Mammad Amin Rasulzadeh! On May 28, 1918, the Azerbaijani National Council, headed by Rasulzade, declared an independent Azerbaijan Republic which was first democratic republic in East,furthermore it was the first republic in the world which gave the right to women to choose and to be chosen! His expression Bir kərə yüksələn bayraq, bir daha enməz! (The flag once raised will never fall!) has become the motto of the independence movement in Azerbaijan in the 20th century. We, as a youth and future of Azerbaijan, we are grateful to you and all the things that you did for our nation and country! I am proud to be Azerbaijanian,proud to be Turk,proud to be from Garabagh which is belonged,belongs and will be belong to Azerbaijan! #happyflagdayazerbaijan
