Restaurant/Bar update: The following spaces are under active construction, though I do not know what is replacing them - The old Meades (Peck Slip), the old Stellas (Front) , the old Grandmas House (Peck Slip) and the old Pret a Manger (Maiden Lane). Smashburger and Bare Burger are both under construction on William Street. V-Bar on Front and the Bridge Cafe on Water are still underway (very slowly). BarbaLu is building out their brand new space on Ann Street. Ramen & Co, is NOW OPEN for Dinner and is available on Seamless Web. Roast Kitchen on Water Street and Niko Niko on John are close to opening. Haagen Dazs on Fulton will open in time for Memorial Day! The big retail space at 40 Fulton Street is under lots of plywood. No idea whats going on there. If anyone has any update please comment below:
