Restaurant Manager for a French Restaurant Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety legislation / guidelines. * Make improvements to the running of the business. * Oversee stock level & order supplies. * Prepare and present staff / sales report. * Handle administrative tasks & paperwork. * Develop & maintain positive working relationship with team members to reach common goal. * Interview, recruit and supervise staff. * Build. motivate and train staff. Requirements: * At least 3 years and above working experience in the related field is required for this position. * Strong planning & people management skill to lead a dynamic team. * Able to interact with guests of all levels.
