Tasks and responsibilities: - Oversee the crew of service team : 10pax - Responsible for the planning of the 14 staff members - Coordinate with the kitchen team on weekly menus and promotions - Quality control - Maintain impeccable facilities : safety, cleanliness - Team building / staff training - Ensure that Company’s policies & procedure are duly applied and respected - Oversee Customer service & issues solving - Monthly report - Check and provide accurate monthly inventories of stock - Coordinate purchase orders food and beverages. - Recruit part-timers for events and banquets - Supervise and delegate every day’s operations - Handling client satisfaction and complaints. - Cash handling for beginning and end of shift. - Manage special guest events & catering - Venue budgeting >Capable to substitute to the Managing Director during short absences. >Capable to manage excellent and discreet customers’ relationship.
