**Restorative Workshop: Relax and Renew** December 8th 6:00pm-8:00pm $20 until December 7th, $25 at the door Morgen and Kat, Yoga Instructors and Relax and Renew Certified Trainers, will guide you through a relaxing experience using aromatics, yoga props and blankets to soothe body and mind and cradle you into restorative yoga positions. This unique yoga experience is ideal for, but not limited to, individuals who may have difficulty with traditional meditation and yoga classes or who struggle with insomnia, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and even cancer. No yoga experience required, but all levels are welcomed and encouraged.
