Results of my colonoscopy were discussed today, no cancer, next tune up in three years (they told me this two weeks ago, I guess its a part of their routine), A1C count is holding steady, follow up visit with my primary on Monday, this is the reason why I attempt to stay in some sort of shape, last year at this time, I was weighing 250 lbs, now Im down to 226 lbs as of this morning, intake, not diet, is the key and a five day routine of exercise, yes, its not a day at the park, but the results are more than worth it and I have someone in my life who is with me daily and on the same mission, nothing like togetherness!!! :-)
