Results of the most comprehensive survey ever taken of Oregon teachers, released today, suggest Oregon students are being shortchanged, with 76 percent of teachers reported that class sizes are too big for them to meet the needs of all students. Its a call to action, said Hanna Vaandering, president of the Oregon Education Association. If educators across this state dont believe they are able to meet the needs of all their students, then we have got to do something. This is a number we should take to heart and move on.
