Resurfacing our roads has brought about quite a bit of upset with our neighbors and has been made worse by the lack of response neighbors say has not come forth from City Dept or Project Managers. Suzanne Marzetta-Kirk just shared this now and below we have added comments recd on our website with similar concerns. OK work being done in avalon park , stop sign on Alta Vista and Mira Vista the stop on the road taken up for work ,so now no ones knows what the BIG RED SIGN means, 100 times worse ,called several times Robert Hahn project manager and Victoria Martinez of Telfer and take a guess no call back , my tax dollars hard at work, just thought they might use their common sense and put up temp stand up billboard stop, but that would be to easy !! GET OFF YOUR BUTTS AND DO SOMETHING BEFORE SOMEONE DIES!!! -Suzanne Marzetta-Kirk ** Peggy Deras September 4, 2014 at 2:38 pm (edit) These Schedules only tell us about the Scrub dates. What about the resurfacing? The signs on our street (Theresa Drive) list 9/8, 9/9 & 9/10. ** Mary Ward September 4, 2014 at 4:43 pm (edit) Why isn’t Lacrosse being resurfaced? Our street has not been resurfaced for many years. This is the second time we’ve been passed over. Our street relative to the crossed streets looks bad. Thanks. ** Peggy Deras September 5, 2014 at 11:15 am (edit) I don’t understand why Theresa is being redone so soon after last time either. Mary is right. LaCrosse should be done first. *** Editor September 17, 2014 at 12:11 pm (edit) Mary – To find out more info please contact the Engineering Division at(650 829-6652.Thank you -Ed *** Mary Ward September 17, 2014 at 3:27 pm (edit) Thanks for the reply. I did call the 6th of Sept. and NEVER received a call back for the “project Manager”. My Husband and I spoke to the workers who were resurfacing Zita and they did not know why our Street was not getting resurfaced nor did they understand why it wasnt’. *** Erin Tresmontan September 17, 2014 at 10:54 am (edit) Curious if/when Alhambra will be resurfaced. Al of the surrounding streets have been resurfaced in the past few years, and Alhambra was skipped over. I do not see Alhmabra listed for this round either, so I am curious why it gets skipped?- and when we can expect it will be resurfaced? Thank you! *** Erin-To find out more info please contact the Engineering Division at(650 829-6652.Thank you -Ed *****************
