Resurrection, developed by Brad Pitts production company Plan B, premieres Sunday, March 9 at 9pm on ABC. The network has an eight-episode Season 1 order, as a limited series. The series stars Kurtwood Smith and Frances Fisher as a small-town married couple whose son Jacob, who drowned 32 years ago, is brought back to them by an FBI agent played by Omar Epps. The series is based on Jason Motts book, The Returned. Most of the filming of the series has taken place in or around downtown McDonough.
