Retta Bozeman has posted the above photo on her Facebook page, alongside the following comment: “Torrey (in green), Kendra (in pink) tying Charlie up LOL” As an animal lover, I am disgruntled that people teach their kids to treat dogs this way. What parrent thinks this is funny? Look at the dog’s face, he definitely isn’t having fun. Poor Charlie does not deserve this. The mother should be prosecuted for letting her kids do such a thing! According to her profile, she lives in Panama City, Florida. We ask the authorities to take action now, step up and prevent such behavior from happening again! Thank you for your support!
