Return of the ONE TRUE KING “Do not let your hearts be distressed. You believe in God; believe also in Me. There are many dwelling places in My Father’s house. Otherwise, I would have told you, because I am going away to make ready a place for you. And if I go to make ready a place for you, I will come again and take you with Me, so that where I am you may be too.” [Jn. 14:1-3/Net Bible] All the same Time is all the same to God. Don’t ever mistake the longsuffering and patience of God for His non-existence: “Above all, understand this: in the last days blatant scoffers will come, being propelled by their own evil urges and saying, “Where is His promised return? For every since our ancestors died, all things continued as they were from the beginning of creation.” For they deliberately suppress this fact, that by the word of God heavens existed long ago and an earth was formed out of the water and by means of the water. Through these things the world existing at that time was destroyed when it was deluged with water. But by the same word the present heavens and earth have been reserved for fire, by being kept for the Day of Judgment and destruction for the ungodly.” [2Pet. 3:3-7/NB] All have sinned And just who has sinned? I’m afraid we all have. But praise to God for the grace that was given to us by Christ Jesus! One of the members of the Holy Trinity [God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit], He bore the penalty of all our past sins on the cross- “So then, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; what is old has passed away-look, what is new has come! And all these things are from God who reconciled us to Himself through Christ, and who has given us the ministry of reconciliation.” [2Cor. 5:17-18] Now is the time for some true repentance for we are not guaranteed a tomorrow! “Peter said to them, “Repent, and each one of you be baptized each one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is for you and your children, and for all who are far away, as many as the LORD our God will call to Himself.”” [Acts 2:38-39/NB] Foot of the cross [invitation] Anybody can look around and see that something big is about to happen! Look around at our society today. We have allowed the influence of the world decide how to worship God. Too many people claim to be a Christian today. Being a Believer in Christ is something deeper than “playing Church” once a week to appease your guilty conscience; you follow the Lamb of God and preach His coming Kingdom! “Preach the message, be ready whether it is convenient or not, reprove, rebuke, exhort with complete patience and instruction. For there will be a time when people will no longer tolerate sound teaching. Instead, following their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves, because they have an insatiable curiosity to hear new things. And they will turn away from hearing the truth, but on the other hand they will turn aside to myths. You, however, be self-controlled in all things, endure hardship, do an evangelist’s work, fulfill your ministry.” [2Tim. 4:2-5/NB] Anyway, if you haven’t given your whole heart to Jesus yet [don’t try to get a little better before calling on Him, come just as you are!] Example of “sinners” prayer The reason that it’s called a “sinner’s prayer” is because you were a sinner saved by grace when you start this prayer, but by the time you finish you become the righteousness of God! There is no sin in your past that is so bad, no sin so red that is beyond help: “Come, let’s consider your options,” says the LORD, “Though your sins have stained you like the color red, you can become white like snow; though they are as easy to see as the color scarlet, you can become white like wool.” [Isa. 1:18/NB] I urge you to call on the name of Jesus while there is still time! Pray a prayer like this: “Dear LORD; I confess that I’m a sinner. I believe with my whole heart that Jesus is Your one and only Son, and that He bore the payment of all my sins [Death] on that old, rugged cross. On the third day, he changed from death to life and is alive forevermore! I repent of my sins and ask Jesus to create in me a clean heart! In the name of Jesus I pray; AMEN!” Sum of all things Our time here is almost up! Soon [very soon] Jesus, our ONE TRUE KING will return to earth. Are you ready? We are already in the beginning of the tribulation [the tribulation started on 9/11/2001] before it can become the great tribulation [yes, things will get worse], the true Church will be raptured out of the way!
