Revelation Gift: Gift of the discerning of Spirits [Read and Share] Discerning of spirits – a revelation or discerning of the spirit world. An example of the manifestation of this gift was when Paul saw an angel of God with him (Acts 27:23, 24). This gift deals with seeing and hearing into the Spirit-realm, it manifests in form of Visions, the Open Visions, Trances and Spiritual Visions, there are four classes of spirits, 1.Spirit of GOD 2.Human Spirit 3.Angelic spirits 4.Demonic spirits, Seers operate in highest level of this gift. For one to be a prophet, He has to be first called either to TEACH/PREACH the Word, He has to be separated by the SPIRIT OF GOD unto the gospel of Jesus Christ, then has to have the gift of PROPHECY, then (at least) two REVELATION GIFTS operating in His life. Revelation gifts includes gift of the word of knowledge, gift of the word of wisdom and gift of the discerning of Spirits. All this are the gifts of the Holy Spirit, that one can receive when he is baptized in the Holy Spirit. 1Cor:12:10: To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another DISCERNING OF SPIRITS; to another divers kinds of tongues ; to another the interpretation of tongues: This is the gift that operates in my life on continually basis, It enables me to visit heaven & hell, to see Jesus Christ, to see angels, to see demons, to operate in the spiritual/unseen realm. Also it can reveal root cause to people’s sicknesses, diseases, stagnancy, etc When you operate in these dimensions, the works of the enemy are exposed. GOD reveals to you hidden things and you are able to pray and deal with the problem accurately. 1Cor:14:1: Follow after charity, and DESIRE SPIRITUAL GIFTS, but rather that ye may prophesy. Acts:10:3: He saw in a VISION evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius.
