Revised Water Restrictions beginning THIS week in Mckinney! Revised Water Restrictions The City of McKinney is in Revised Stage 3 of the Drought Contingency Plan. Landscape watering with an irrigation system is allowed every other week on designated days, and not between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. See the calendar below for specific watering days. Even addresses: Addresses of homes and businesses with the last digit of 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8 can water every other week on designated Tuesdays beginning July 1. Medians and common areas: Can be watered every other week on designated Wednesdays starting July 2 Odd addresses: Addresses of homes and businesses with the last digit of 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9 can water every other week on designated Thursdays beginning July 3.
