Rhonda Ayers I Love the freedom I have working with this company. Could you imagine?? GUESS WHAT? I went on an interview for a job recently and when the boss asked what I wanted for compensation I replied: 1. First, I would like 15% commission on everything I sell up to $499 and 25% for everything after I reach $500. 2. I expect to receive a $100 bonus just for getting 3 people to join me and then multiple bonuses as time goes by. 3. I would also like to buy the products at wholesale prices anytime I want to. 4. I expect you to provide me with the very best website and FREE online training plus training events in Florida, Dallas and other amazing places around the US should I choose to attend. 5. When I bring in and train any new sales people, I think I deserve 5% of their sales. 6. I would like the opportunity to rapidly advance within the company and earn amazing bonuses and trips and a BRAND NEW LEXUS in my choice of color when I get to the top. 7. I expect to share in the profits of the company by way of Profit Sharing, I want to be eligible for that Profit Sharing from my first day. 8. When I do well, I expect a LOT of praise and recognition, plus a personal connection with TOP Leadership in the company. 9. I expect you to allow me to have my friends and family work here too. 10. By the way, I need to set my own schedule and work only when it suits me and my family. Sooooooooo... When can I start? After the manager recovered from shock, he ROARED with laughter.....Lady, you cant be serious! Youre dreaming! You will never find an opportunity like that ANYWHERE! And, if you do... Come back and get me because I want to work with you! What I do, truly is a DREAM JOB. I love PLEXUS!!!
