Ricarte was born in Bayamon Puerto Rico and by the tender age of 8 had starred in dozens of TV commercials, TV Shows, plays, and movies. At 15 he was hired by NASA two consecutive summers after winning an award from the U.S. Department of Energy for his biophysics invention presented at the International Science Fair. In addition his discoveries were published in an international science journal. He then was invited to be a speaker in Europe at the University of Salamanca Spain. The year he reached 21 he was living in his own Manhattan penthouse at the richest zip code in the world. His number one client was the biggest Public Relations agency on Earth, Edelman. The word about this young Ricarte Rivera spread quickly and he was hired as a consultant by a top Japanese event organizing corporation with clients like Casio, International banks, and entertainment companies. He was soon recruited as an American Express Consultant in their event organizing department. The general manager described a 23 year old Ricarte as better than seasoned consultants. Two years later he was selected among hundreds of hopefuls to co-star in an I Love NY commercial opposite Grammy winning singer Marc Anthony. He was immediately invited to join the Screen Actors Guild. He was also called to work for Dick Clark in the celebrity gift bags division of the American Music Awards, Latin Grammys, and The Golden Globes. Currently he is co starring in the upcoming film Land of The Free based on an FBI true story. He is the founder of Dragon 8 PR and works as a publicist for Lionsgates Killer Holiday, now available on DVD and HBO. His upscale clients and media partners have been featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show, hundreds of magazines, radio shows, TMZ and Entertainment Tonight, the most watched entertainment show in America.
