Rice cake, pb & banana. Yogurt, granola, & blueberries. Salad & Shakeology... Insane amount of water. ^ First half of my day. ahh it feels good to be back to normal eating. I totally ate whatever I wanted through the end of my pregnancy and then having Christmas right after - it was pasta and dessert heaven and I felt so blah! As of right this moment, I am not on a specific plan and have to work out caloric needs & a plan for nursing my son (which I will def share once I narrow it down) but just having better foods in my body has me feeling so much better!
