Thank you for taking the pictures with your phone of the truck, the dog locked in the truck and the plate number. Try calling the ASPCA and or police dept and see if they can do anything being that you have photo proof of animal cruelty (a felony here in ILL now) and illegal parking in a handicap space. Then call the TV news in your area and tell them the results of what happened with the dog locked in the car with the ASPCA and the police. See if they want a story. You just might get her ugly ass mug and truck and plate and dog on the TV news for all her family and friends and neighbors to see! Thank you again for what you did. The world should have more of you. and of course I shared the story as well. Lets make this dog owning truck driving &*$@^ famous!
